Process: I started with two artsy backgrounds, four transfers and a brush from ArtPlay Palette Mountain High. First I put these together but I added more brushes and then I had my background. I added a texture from Wood Textures No 1 and placed it in the bottom right corner. I recolored it and gave it the effects: Bevel & Emboss and a Drop Shadow. Then I duplicated it and the second layer was set to a low opacity. I placed a sun from ArtPlay Palette Serenity and a glow from WarmGlows No 8 in the upper right corner. I also created a light in the middle of the page and painted it with a soft pink color (Filter-Render-Lens Flare). I placed my photo on the right side, clipped it to a mask and changed the blend mode for the mask to Darken. I added adjustment layers for Hue/Saturation, Levels and Curves for the photo. I placed a tape in the bottom of the page, just under the photo to create a feeling of depth. I placed a splatter from ArtPlay Palette Mountain High on the left side and I also added element from the same ArtPlay Palette. I finished the page with the Burn Tool to get it a bit darker farthest and I placed the title.
