These birds are annoying but very industrious with their drilling into the house. Created with the New ArtPlay Related Colletion.

Process: Placed MultiMedia frames on a solid paper background. Clipped my photos and added transfers and recoloured brushes for background textures. Additional metal cog elements and large heart were added to photo cluster. Smaller cluster was created with house and heart element and more recoloured brushes. Title created with altered wordart.

Very interesting! I saw one of these in my yard in Portland once. I included it on a page and someone commented what destructive birds they are. Who knew? They were poking about the grass and brush and didn't seem to bother with my house :-) Nice photos and use of this MM frame (I have not used yet!)

Beautifully created, with the photos, rustic gears, and home elements! I love the wooden heart on the right of the birds, it goes perfectly with them. I can't imagine a bird drilling into stucco! Nice photos!

I will need to take some photos of the actual damage they make. Getting these photos had me waiting patiently with my face pressed against the laundry room window. The slightest movement had them fly away.

Thank you Beverly! You should hear the noise they make. My computer desk is on the inside of the wall they like to 'drill' on. Apparently it's a way for the males to attract a mate. Hope he finds a girlfriend soon. :)

My neighbor has a cardinal that consciously flies right into her windows, non stop! I know it annoys her. She has two fake owls outside the window, and aluminum foil on the glass, and neither stop that bird. Yours drilling on the house sounds much more annoying.
