I am starting a new project. I think it may take years to complete. I have recipes from both of my grandmothers.
I am thinking that I should digitize them. So many of them are on little scraps of paper or are notes on newspaper clippings or in letters from friends. The idea would be to keep it simple. Photo(s) on the left, recipe on the right.

Still thinking on the font choice.

Love the fish! This will be a treasure that can evolve as you go if needed. Just be sure to keep it fun!

Fabulous! I have a recipe for chocolate cookies written by my great aunt in German. (Wish I could read German and her handwriting) I might have to scrap lift this.

this is an awesome album! love the two pages and the simplicity - must say though was not be the first recipe I selected as I am NOT a pickled herring person but it does go with people at the beach

Fabulous project and you're preserving your family's history. Love the fish, perfect accent. I like the typewriter/courier font. if you want a funkier one in that style, try vVWweRraType!

This is so unique, love it, we have in the Netherlands always pickled herring, unfortunately I don't like it, *shame* !!
