Green Pasta:
Pour boiling water over the spinach and basil leaves (use the same water for the pasta). Strain. In blender process onion, garlic, spinach, basil, evaporated milk, white cheese, pecans, olive oil, salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
Journaling:
We stopped for lunch at Pisco Peruvian Cuisine in Cedar City, Utah. We had steak and green pasta. It wasn't a fancy restaurant but we enjoyed it.
