my process: Began with an Artsy Layered Template & clipped photos to frames. Added a FotoBlenz & clipped large photo. Deleted the texture layers of the FotoBlendz. Duplicated large photo & masked away everything but the reddish pink tulips & added a hard light blending mode & opacity to 30%. Duplicated that layer & added a darken blending mode & lowered opacity to 15%. Added background paper with transfer overlays for more texture. Adjusted placement of layers, deleted some texture layers & recoloured stains. Recoloured lace with a hue/sat adjustment layer. Added button & charm embellishments to frames & white stitching to background.. Finished with altered wordart and journaling.

The hearts in your tulips are unexpected and pretty! The perspective of the big blended photo is unique too. All your blending work is beautiful and the touches of ephemera are perfectly placed.

I've out smarted the deer - my tulips are in pots in my kitchen ;) I'm sure they'll find something else in the garden to munch on.

Look at those hearts! Flowers really are amazing - the forms and colors. I especially love tulips. Oz bought tulips for his mama for her birthday, I grabbed a few photos yesterday. Really like the pink here!

Thanks! I'm intrigued by the hearts. I don't remember having hearts on the petals that are so clearly defined. Going to do some research on how the patterns occur. I've 3 sets of tulips and all 3 have different designs.
