Journaling:
I have always been fascinated by primates. In college, I majored in Anthropology and was lucky enough to study Primatology. This little guy here is Hasani. He is an orphan. These beautiful creatures stole my heart the first day I spent with them. I would sit for hours upon hours recording their behavior and while I loved being there with them, my heart also broke at the same time. Often they just seemed so sad and I couldnt help but wish that I could take them all back to their home. It terrifies me to think that one day primates may not have a natural habitat. One thing I know for sure is that as long as I live I will fight for them. They mean so much to me. They are my passion.
