We got out the black 58mm 093 IR filter. It blocks out the entire visible spectrum. We put it on the D700 with a 50mm f/1.4 prime lens. Remember how the sun went behind heavy dark clouds before the eclipse reached its max.

Awesome photo! Fantastic page! I tried to get some shots of the super moon last month, but got frustrated with trying to find the right setting. Maybe it was because hubby was with me talking in my ear and confusing me! LOL

Wow, I tried to photograph the moon, but couldn't get to look it this good! Love the burlap on top of the frame and your composition and elements. You are so creative :)
