Process:
Place neutral bg paper from AP OceanCove
Place two cloud transfers from the AP and position across center of bg paper.
Place transfer from AP SunFun in Color Mode across center of bg paper
and arrange slightly above cloud transfers. Duplicate layer to enhance color.
Place beach scene photo and process with Enhance tools.
Adjust brightness/contrast to increase light and contrast. Adjust hue/saturation for heavy concentration of color.
Set to Color Burn and position over transfers where desired.
Complete page with Lace Transfers No.1 edging page,
Stars No.1 in Overlay Mode and WarmGlows No.1 in desired mode.
Add Ocean Cove WordART No.1.
Add SkinnyLined Overlays No.1. Adjust opacity.
