The view from base housing was of the base hospital where I was born.

I do not know the exact date Mom and Dad moved into base housing. When asked Mom said they lived in Suisun City for about a year. By studying the slides and photographs they moved on base sometime in the late spring or early summer of 1956. The hills behind Mom havent turned yellow indicating it is not yet summer. Another indication is that Mom is not visibly pregnant. I was born in November. By mid-summer, she would have been showing. The fact that her hand is on her abdomen would indicate that she has recently discovered she is pregnant.
