Effective 26 June 1958, six weeks after arriving in Alaska we were assigned to base housing. Our new home was Quarters 21-264A. The street address was 1264 Quince Street Apt. A. Mom and Dad did not take a picture of our quarters but being the military they all looked the same.

Anchorage must have been so different back in the day. I'm loving this spread with the map of the barracks. You're really making great progress on this album!

I like the perfect placement of the 'home' beads and the way the red elements travel across the pages! the photos definitely have that 50's-60's tint to them!
