I clipped my photo to a WaterColor FotoBlendz. (rotated) I placed the backgroundpaper. I placed the brushes and transfers. I placed the frame under the photolayer. Used some textures brushes on the frame also. I used all the brushes from the bundle. I colored them. I placed the elements.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening. I gave the page a little light effect with a plugin (Knoll Light Factory) I gave the page a warm photo filter at 6%.
