Opal & Wonda

This is page for my Heritage Project. The photo is my Great Grandmother and my Grandmother. Its likely that my Great Grandfather took the picture as he was a photography hobbyist, maybe one of the first who invested in photography equipment as a hobby! LOL I used a scan of the writing on the back of the photo as it is my Great Grandmothers handwriting and identifying the picture soon after it was taken, Wonda Geraldine 2 months old.

What a treasure you have and you did it in such a lovely page. I'm doing a family history scrapbook and love the old photos with writing that can be also scanned. Thanks for sharing.

What a wonderful idea to include the handwriting from the back of the photo! This is a beautiful heritage page! And I'll be stealing the idea of scanning the handwriting for a few of my heritage pages. Thanks for sharing!

Wonderful tip, Nani, and I like the way you left the vintage photo yellowed with age. It really adds a vintage feel to this layout.
