Another ATC for my 100 Day Project.

The background consists of two layers, a dark blue solid from Xuxper Designs and a Floral Grunge from Joyful Heart Designs with the Blend Mode set to overlay. I added a stroke to the word art so that it would look more like a sticker and added color using the Bucket Fill.
