I started this page by looking for a water view photo which I thought matched the colors in this collection. I added to the bottom of the page and masked out the sky using the blue paper to represent the sky. Then I played with the various overlays and transfers. I liked how the green ones looked like water this side of the rocks. Added the dry brush filter to the photo. Then I placed the clock over one of the transfers and added a word label. Lastly came the title and a word transfer just above the spray. But the page really came together when I played with the transfers and overlays.
