I used HDR Efex Pro from the free Google NIK Plugin Collection to give the photo a soft painted look. I applied the Find All Edges effect on a copy of the photo and blended it using Screen Blending Mode. I duplicated the photo twice and used 3 different elements from Autumn Breeze to mask them, then played with blending modes and opacity.
