Process:
Central piece: I created a rectangle that would fit within the background paper, then clipped a paper and flattened them. Then clipped a mask with my photo on them. Flattened everything and added an inner shadow to give the impression that I cut out a window in the bacground paper.
Finished with a few embellishments here and there.
