Susies mood board this week changed my direction. Not that I totally knew what I wanted to do but I didn't think it was this direction. Embrace the challenges in our lives, how did we embrace the change. The challenge for me, that I am embracing is that my life isn't how I expected it to be thanks to CMT. I used two lovely kits that weren't for broken hearts but showed the love and healing I wanted to express. I did some overlays styles and erased some things to create the broken heart. Endless Love and A Heart to Love.

This is so typical - when we see the mood boards, sometimes it changes the direction we thought we were going. I adore your page - the lines and hearts are so sumbolic as are your quotes. I can see the deep feelings that you're feeling in this page. :heartpumpred: :heartpumpred: :heartpumpred:

Thank you! So many feelings in this page, thank you for seeing them. And for seeing all the hearts and how they went with the quotes. It was a "fun" page yet deeply meaningful. :heartpumpred: :heartpumppink:

Ours are always "deep" in our own way. I love seeing what you create for each week's word prompts!! :heartpumpred: :heartpumpred:

Oh, Tracy, so MUCH feeling in this page, I felt it from the little thumbnail in the gallery. A closer look shows me more. I really like the warm feel to your layout, even though it's embracing sadness and disappointment. The pieces you used are so soft and pretty and make me think of the gentleness you are holding yourself in. I like how you used the broken heart to journal on and the many and various hearts you scattered around like you - filled with love. :beatingheart:

Thank you Marilyn. Your words are so sweet and I love that you felt the feels too. I tried so hard to make this warm and loving yet it needed the disappointment to be the feeling I wanted and I am so glad it came through. :heartpumppink: I love both of these kits (and many others) for the hearts. I love a good heart and use them often in scrapping.

I love hearts too! My Mom did and since she's gone I find they remind me of her and I like using them on pages and I try to as much as I can. :beatingheart:

wow Tracy - this leaves me speechless. It's visually beautiful, and the message is so heartbreaking but yet hopeful. I love the visual of the heart with the seam in the middle, with the message of broken dreams, but then the fading hearts leading to a message of hope and promise. So much symbolism. The branches reaching out, the hearts scatter like a heart looking for a place to land. So. much. meaning.

Thank you Amy. You brought tears to my eyes. So much symbolism and you caught it all. The broken dreams was the hardest part to do, actually listing them and realizing its okay to grieve the dreams that didn't make it, as long as I still have dreams.
