Photoshop Elements 14
I dragged Artsy Paper #1 from the Winter Sunrise Artplay Palette onto my canvas for a background and positioned Fotoblendz #5 from the Snowy Fotoblendz No. 2 set. i clipped in my photo. WordART came next, just to hold the place, from the Winter WordART No. 3 set. I darkened the composition by duplicating the background paper on multiply mode, masking away most of the top of the duplicated layer. I then added three Artsy TransfersNos. 1, 2, and 5. I pulled these into the bottom of the layer stack, separating the fotoglow and bokeh layers and moving them up top to maximize the light. I curated the transfers, selecting only certain layers. Many of the transfers landed in the igloo, giving it the depth and dimension that the photo itself lacked. I finished my layout by adding subtle texture and color with Artsy Paper No. 3 toward the top of the stack on multiply mode at 30% opacity.
