Hogmanay was a big deal in Scotland when I was a child; those were the days when family mainly all lived near each other so there was lots of 'first footing' after the bells, the drink offered was a nip of Whisky or a wee Sherry or Ginger Wine - once you got to teens it might be an Advocaat and lemonade with a cherry on the top! Now we go to bed because I can't be bothered with any celebrations that start at midnight, I've always preferred those afternoon parties lol!
Began with an Artsy paper from Doniferous, added a door brush, masked the photo from 1959, not New Year but this would be typical of the kind of party dress required for celebrations. Created a cluster using the Multi Media New Year Kits plus Xmas lights from MM Holiday 11. Added a MM Holiday Cluster to the door on Soft Light Mode. Duplicated Gold confetti and spread around changing size and mode to Overlay.
