The image was treated with watercolor techniques ,
I added transfers creating a frame effect to the scene and additional interest creating monotone effect with grays and shadows.
I used a clone technique to extend the fence and elongate the scenery.
The details of how to use the clone tool were described in the composite series part 4 of 6 in Anna's blog.
I used to complete the LO with a word art "Capture the moment" that was treated with a drop shadow effect using a style.
