NBK SplishSplash Mini Kit_Birthday Freebie (THANK YOU!)

I've used everything at least twice, but will explain a couple of things.

I re-colored the red paper to the pink of the bathing suit. I doubled it, and turned one on point, then merged them. Then I used the liquify filter to make the edges more starfish-looking, and added a custom shadow.

For Paper #3, I blended both versions. One hangs off the bottom of the page, and I used the liquify filter to make it look wavy.
