I started the template resizing & deciding placement, deleting all the frames and choosing more paint and a fotomask. I wanted this to have lots of movement. I added the frames to seperate and accentuate the pictures. Moved paint elements for pictures. The transfers add color and framing, the fotoglow highlights the target. Finished off with word arts and journaling.
