First I prepared my background with brushes. I mixed several brushes. I clipped papers on the brushes and I merged all on one layer.
I then created a clipping mask with my picture, then another with the Torn Frame Overlay I positioned to reveal the picture.
I then clipped brushes or other transfers (butterflies, hearts).
And I put a solid paper, in all layers, for my background
