I merged my layers to soon and didn't save my psd file, so i can't remember exactly what stuff i used, sorry...

Process: I started to edit my pictures, made them sepia in photoshop. Iplaced a backgroundpaper and added some transfers. Than i place my frames and clipped the transfers from Across the miles on it. Under them i placed my pictures. I added some artstrokes, wordart and arrows.I merged the layers and gave it some sharpening.
