Mt Ranier

We had planned to travel to Olympic National Park, on to Victoria and Vancouver, British Columbia, then to Mt Ranier. The Canadian border is still closed, but Mt Ranier National Park opened last week, so we ventured a shortened trip. We brought all our meals so as to not have to eat out.
We were lucky enough to encounter a friendly black bear right beside the road, who was not at all bothered when we stopped to take his picture.

What a wonderful getaway. Love your photos and how you blended them into the paper..

And this is so weird...but my first reaction is...how did you handle public bathrooms during travel? I never would have thought a question of feeling safe in a public restroom would enter into my travel calculations, but there you have it. So glad you are out and about and I hope that will be the case with us too sooner than later. For now, still hunkering down. Beautiful and free work, inspiring me with hope for the future!

What amazing photos and amazing experience. Glad you took safety precautions.
