This photo was taken of Jackie and me last year on Mothers Day. This Mothers Day was a wee bit different.

Notes: Starting with artsy paper 1 from APP Family as the foundation then opened the psd FotoInspired EdgeTemplate No. 5. Using a couple of the masks, cutting away a part of one with the Polygonal Lasso Tool, I clipped the photo to each of the two masks and overlappied them and blended. I liked these masks because the are light and allow translucence without fiddling too much, which is what I wanted for this page.

I placed the AT Vivify along the left side of the page and using colors from it, I clipped a Color Fill to each photo, taking colors from the artsy transfer, blended and reduced the opacity. I wanted to bring hints of the transfer colors across the page. Adding a texture to the bottom left, I placed the paper textures and blending to Linear Burn.

Dusting over the page I brought in word art transfers and scribble overlays from Family. After creating the title, the dimensional heart element was brought in from APMP Vivify and duplicated 2 more times and tacked them down with the UrbanStitchez. I called it finished.
