The base for the page consists of two layers. The bottom layer is a paper from the Lorie Davison's landscape papers. I then added one of Rachel Jefferies painted masks and applied a green color overlay and used a blend mode of soft light.

I absolutely love this art journal page! The quote you chose is so relatable and captures the struggle of not being a morning person perfectly. The way you've illustrated the sentiment with the figure is so clever and really brings the words to life. It could be me looking in the mirror early in the morning. The colors and textures you've used add a wonderful depth and dimension to the page, making it truly eye-catching.
