Always fun playing with Anna's brushes and some that she taught us how to make.

I wanted to show off some of my Mom's photos from her photo albums. She used black paper and black photo corner and wrote very sparingly with white ink.

Love how you framed the gorgeous heritage photos! Also love all the layers. My mother did the same with her photos. They are classics!

Well, it seems you have been raiding the photo box of MY mother's pictures! I swear I have that same picture--even to the off-kilter horizon line! Love the setting you put it in. The combo of cream, tan, and pink is delicious. Your texture is perfect. I also admire your clustering, and the scatters.

This is beautiful. I have some of those albums, too, with the faint white ink and photo corners. This captures the antiquity of that style--simply lovely!
