I wanted to give Ulla-Mays wonderful tutorial https://www.annaaspnesdesigns.com/psychedelic-filter-effect/]a go and this is what I came up with. I always love learning something new. It was fun experimenting with the different colors and moods that happened.

Notes: Starting with artsy paper 7 and clipping the solarized photo to the mask, I enlarged the mask a bit and left the blend mode on Normal. Under the clipping set I placed a transfer on the left edge of the page and blended to Overlay and over the the clipping set I placed the edging overlay and also blended to Overlay.
After placing the urban transfer on the page at the upper left corner, I added the title and gave the architecture and inner shadow with a lighter shade of the yellow which gave it an edge. Underneath these layers I added the warm glow and blended to Hard Light.
Transfer 4 was placed below at the left edge and blended to Vivid Light. A variety of brushes from the kit were added around the page and blended. The dimensional road sign elements were blended to Overlay.
