This photo was taken on a misty morning in Monterey Baysuch a quiet and peaceful time of day.

Technique tips:
Clip the photo to a transfer mask from AP Mint Blizzard and set the transfer to luminosity blend.
Duplicate these two layers and set the duplicated transfer mask to pin light mode.
I also added a blur effect to parts of the photo for a misty look.
The scrolled edge of the transfer mask was achieved by cropping the edge of a FotoMask
from Artsy Layered Template No. 76 and adding it to the mask/photo layers.
