Notes:
I started my design with the photo and Solid Paper #2 from the Artplay Palette. I altered the photo with sea sprinkles, made a composite image, and then positioned it on the page. I opened the frame, grabbed a rectangular brush from the brush set, clipped the brush to the mask that came with the frame, and clipped my composite to the brush. From there I duplicated the photo and set it to screen blending mode to bring out the eyes, which were really dark. I used a layer mask to remove everything around the eyes to normalize the lighting in the rest of the photo. A blue-ish light leak under the brush/photo, with the blending mode set to color, gave a nice glow.

I love all the transfers and overlays in this Artplay Palette so I pulled them all in and arranged them under and over each other. Then I added the Artsy Transfer to the left edge, mostly for the glow. My final touches were the title, the journaling, the word strip, embellishments, and a tiny bit of brushwork.
