Process
A solid paper from APP Surfs Up was used as the foundation of the page. Artsy Transfers Surfs Up_4 was layered onto the page. The large colored transfer was duplicated, flipped vertically and placed along the bottom edge of the page. Several transfers from APP SeaFoam (color adjusted) were layered onto the page. An inverted layer mask was clipped to the photo and with a soft brush the image was brushed back in, but still hiding the edges of the photo. The photo was duplicatedAn APP Salty Living brush was added over the photo and the blending mode was changed to soft light. Mermaid and Mini Dot brushes were added along with dimensional elements.
