My Granddaughter loves cats - so anything I make for her I try to have a cat somewhere in the scene. She likes other animals, too - but cats are her favorite.

We also had quite a discussion about the cat and the mermaid. I asked if I needed to find a lid for the fishbowl, but she was confident the cat would leave the mermaid alone.
