Just a bit of ART play. When I saw the rose in the new kit, I recalled a beautiful quote. Two years ago this month my mom passed away and been thinking of her often lately. She always loved my ART pages so this one is dedicated to her.
Im sure these words could apply in your life as well-
God gave us memories so we might have roses in December.

Page Process-
Two Paperies were blended together to create a softer color to the distressed paper. Blending two papers together allowed for lighter color, but keeping the awesome textures.
The rose psd was duplicated and resized and rotated and areas erased to create a small bouquet of the three flowers tied together with the ribbon and the UrbanThreadz
From here the brushes and transfers were randomly layered and recolored and blended to add more depth and visual interest surrounding the bouquet, yet keeping the focus on the bouquet.
WordTransfer from the Antiquity WordART Mix set to the color burn blending mode and the opacity tweaked adds the perfect texture set behind the flower bouquet..sometimes just a simple addition adds another layer of visual interest and keeps the simplicity to the ART.
A WarmGlow set to the color burn blending mode adds a simple little addition to the glow of the flowers.
A quote and a bit of WordART Godsend in the corner says all I need to say to convey the message to myself.
