I had the chance to visit the Clément rum distillery. This property is beautiful and luxurious with furniture from the period, mainly in mahogany. Gorgeous flower bouquets adorned the rooms..... I would gladly return. Additionally, a rum tasting was offered (which is a nice bonus).
