journaling: In Zia, you can hike all the way to the top, which is very enjoyable. You'll arrive at the beautiful church and several lovely restaurants. At the restaurant "De Watermolen" (The Water Mill), you can enjoy homemade "lemonade" (freshly made lemon and lime juice). Very tasty and refreshing, highly recommended. There's also a real, old water mill to visit. The shop is beautifully decorated, entirely in Greek style. Beautiful and colorful. The view from up there is also stunning.
