Process:
sp3 is the foundation. Many layers of transfers and lace created the texture stack beneath the framed photo. The palette frame was placed over the stack, and my photo clipped to the mask. UT_34_8 was stamped over her hat to add more feathering. ScriptTeast and splatters was placed beneath the texture layers. FramedMask3A floral was given an effect with bevel and embossing and placed in the lower left corner with Bliss_transfer9, UT_34_6, and handstitchez (recolored). Finishing elements of plaque (with custom letter), heart, and UT33 completed the layout.
