My journaling reads:
Me time is something NOT to be rushed. It takes a certain amount of preparation, snacks of choice must be purchased, beverages of both hot & cold varieties organised. Husband dearest banished to the garden & arrangements made for him to cater for himself. Depending on my mood, itll either be a day of uninterrupted scrapping & crafting or an evening of chick flicks & weepies. Perhaps a re-run of all the John Hughes movies from my teenage years, The Breakfast Club being one of my favourites or for a real feel-good film, you cant beat Youve Got Mail. The ultimate indulge has to be a glass or two of chilled champagne, but I think thats always best when shared with you. xoxo
