I duplicated my photo and used one for the background photo, I duplicated 3 times and changed the blend mode on each, reducing opacity, I masked off parts of the large photo to allow the background paper to show (dragging the mask to the other duplicated photo layers too) and then reduced the other photo copy and framed it. I added a color adjustment layer and inverted it to brush over the scarecrow lady in the small photo, buttons and butterfly.
