Process
A solid paper from APP Roots was selected for the base of the page. A fotoblendz mask from Wild Autumn FotoBlendz was placed on the page in the center. Several Artsy Transfers Roots and Artsy Transfers Story were open. I began playing with the different layers, clipping them to the fotoblendz mask, overlapping, adjusting the color and resizing them. A tree brush from Trees 1 was filled with green and also clipped to the layers. The photo was converted to black and white with a high contrast. Then using the posterizing adjustment, all the gray was changed to black. Using the magic wand tool, the white areas were highlighted and then deleted. The image was then layered over the transfer layers (not clipped to). Transfers from APP Roots and APP Savor were layered around the image. The page was completed with embellishments, paint splatters, word art and an overlay.
