Journaling: Yesterday, the snow fell heavily against my windows,
but today I walked down by the lake,
trying to keep my camera warm in the cold,
my boots making a new trail in the fresh snow.
I stopped a moment to capture the way snow covered this bridge, ice patches floating on the water.
Now at home, warm in front of a fire,
I see the beauty of the scene on my computer screen.
Maybe someday Ill learn to like the cold snow.
