I made the photo sepia colored and I used some Artistic Filters on it in Photoshop. In a new document I clipped the photo to several urban masks. I layered all kind of things under and over the photo in different blendmodes. I blended parts in with the use of layermasks. I used magic lights for color accents. I placed the elements and the wordart.
