I placed the photo in a new document and I copied it 4 times to have it in the same spot for further use. I placed the frame on the first photo and I selected and inversed the frame on the photolayer and hit delete. The other photos were clipped to brushes and transfers. One photo I gave a bit of Gaussian blur before clipping (on the right side of the photo.) A Lace texture came over that transfer too, and I reduced the opacity a bit. I placed the background paper. I placed all the transfers and the brushes. Some lace brushes came over the background paper to extend the trail on the beach. I placed the brush from SeaShells No. 1 and colored it blue. I placed the elements and the WordArt from Ocean Cove WordART No.1.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening mostly on the textures. I placed the photo again to extract the rope part over the frame for some more interest to the page.
