APP Gadabout Artsy Paper 4 was used for the background. The selection tool was used to grab a paint section of the paper and was duplicated. The street scene was duplicated and set to Normal and overlay blending mode. The photo was clipped to the paint section. The Overlay layer was not; this layer received a mask to remove the hard edge of the photo. The elements, and word art word added for a cluster on the right. The frame is from the Bonus folder. It was accented with a Multimedia cluster. Other overlays and transfer were layered into the stack for easy blending.
