Process

I used an Adobe Create free action on the photograph then added it to a solid paper.

Transfers were used around and underneath the image adjusting the hue and saturation as necessary.

Thin strip masks were recoloured and placed underneath the tyres.

Embellishments from MultiMedia Salute were placed then WordART recoloured.

Finally I added the song lyrics.
