This piece is using the new Anna products - Hipster Plume Template Album No 5.
I copied the template to a new document and proceeded to embellish it with my photos.

I re-coloured all of the stains and splatters the same blue to unite the two pages via - Layer Fill - Colour
and checked colour again and left my preserve transparency flag checked ON. I picked a nice blue I liked and copied these steps
for all of the stains on both pages.

I then clipped all of my architectural images to each grey layer of the photo frames via - Layer - Create Clipping Mask - (CTRL+ALT+G).

Once I had all my images done I then decided to recolour each of the Hipster Plumes to white to give them a bit of contrast and filled them via Layer Fill as
above.

Finally I then added my own text and title.
