When I heard R.E.M's Living well is the best revenge, I knew I could totally relate to this.
The girl on the page is me and she had a hard time. I'm not ready to reveal the details, but for lang time I was bitter about that period.
The song (although the text is less relatable) helped to resolve that bitterness

I took this black white photo of myself (I had already used it) it, applied some filters, grouped it and applied a reversed group mask on it, I duplicate until I got the look I wanted

To create a interesting structure I blended some elements of For Art sake in the background

I used the woman from Urban sprawl to connect the title with the little girl..
