Process
The photo treatment is one learned from Adryane in which a FotoInspired Edge template is used as a photo mask. The various layers of the psd file have the image and/or paint clipped to them and the blend modes adjusted. Here the most used blend mode was Linear Light. Once satisfied the layers were flattened and the result moved to a new document.

Stitches and an art stroke were added and then the title and edge overlay.
