Process
Using an Artsy paper as my base I added my photograph.
using the inverted mask method I blended out the hard edges, duplicated it and added a colour burn blending mode at 28%.
I added the frame from the palette brushed out the bars of the frame and brushed the shadow out of the middle of the frame (i didnt use mask).
Transfers and overlays were placed then WordART and embellishments.
I took the title from ALT 84 and recoloured it and added a name title.
