Process:
I started with a solid paper from ArtPlay Palette Anew. I decreased the high of the paper to get thin stripes and placed it in the bottom and a copy of it in the top. I added the photo and clipped it to a transfer. I added a mask to both and used brushes for adjustments with the sizes. Three other transfers were placed under the photo. I duplicated all and the copies were set to blending mode Multiply. I recolored brushes into white with a Color Overlay and placed these around the the photo. I added glows from WarmGlows No 8, numbers from PaintedNumbers No 2 and the wordart from Anew WordART No 1. I finished the layout with embellishments from ArtPlay Palette Anew.
